In the code, I'm asking for the Map Type control (at the top right of the map) to offer "Terrain", "Hybrid" and "Satellite" as options. However, it's offering only "Terrain" and "Satellite" (i.e. "Hybrid" is missing) for me. The question is how I get it to display all three options. [Or are you saying it's displaying all three for you?].
