Hi Scot you generate your own static map see http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/staticmaps/ The following is a basic map centered on Paisley.UK http://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/staticmap?center=Paisley,UK&zoom=14&size=400x400&sensor=false If you read the documentation you will see that you can add parameters to the URL to modify the map.
