Hi The 25K limit is for the page with the map. As long as this page is not page that generates the 25K hits you should not incur costs. I have seen sites(mostly property) with multiple maps on a page which is probably why Google are starting charging. ie If you are worried about going over the 25K limit don't have the map on the main page and only show a map if the user requires one
