How is the usage limit implemented where maps are embedded onto a user's website with an iframe ?
Is the usage charge applied to the domain of the main container page or the domain of the iframe's source ? I currently use Amazon S3 to host ad-supported maps for other people, using a mapped subdomain name. If I remove this subdomain mapping the map page URL would be within the s3.amazon.com subdomain.
