I don't think there is an easy way to do that. Google do not make their road network data available to you. It is theoretically possible to cast around using the Directions service as a sort of "snap-to" to return points located on roads. You can cast around some more to try to get a Directions polyline of the road or segment of road in question. Once you've got polylines, finding intersections is trivial. But getting that far will be slow and tedious, and eat into daily allowances. If you really just want the name(s), you can simplify that to just use Directions on points along your line at intervals, and get the road name.
