On Google+ a user's "Photos from posts" album is displayed as a normal
album with photos in it, for example this one shows 271 photos:

https://plus.google.com/photos/104987932455782713675/albums/posts

But on Picasa (and from the API) we see many albums with single photos
inside them:

If I want to display the photos like Google+ does, can that be done
with the API? Seems like I'd have to launch hundreds of "get photos"
requests and wait for them all, that seems like it wouldn't perform
well, anyone tried it? Or is there another way?
