Where is the name of each posts 'album' set? I can't seem to find anywhere within the Google+ native UI where I could change the title of a automatically generated album for a post. I have a number of 'albums' that show up as the date when the related post was made. I'd like to be able to rename the 'album' for each of these posts so the album at least shows up with a relevant title within my webapp which is calling the Picasa API.
