We're finding that for users who have not yet opened Picasa in the browser, the service returns 404 User Not Found and Invalid User errors until the user opens Picasa.
Sequence of events: 1) The domain has Picasa Web Albums as an enabled service. 2) Use 2LO to create a token for https://picasaweb.google.com/data/ feed 3) GetUserFeed Is this the expected behavior or are we doing something silly?
