How do we go from the gphoto:timestamp in album to the correct album date? I've tried converting using my local timezone or UTC, but neither seems correct. I suspect I need to know the user's own timezone to convert correctly, do we know that?
Or is it better to use "published" or "updated"? Are these reliable and in the user's own timezone? Which is shown on the real picasaweb page, "published"?
