Hi Mike, thanks for the help.  I have worked on this for hours and can't 
seem to find an actual example of how to authenticate.  I did not have too 
much trouble authenticating with Google Analytics, but Picasa seems to use 
an older mechanism that I can't figure out yet.

I have a working GoogleCredential object that I use for Analytics API, but 
I do not know where to go from there, or if that even helps me in this 
situation.  My goal is permanent authentication for my application.  There 
are no users involved, so I would think that should make it easier.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
