Firstly, you'll need a GDataVersion and Authorization headers in your PUT.
 Secondly, you'll need to obtain the worksheet ID via a GET to the
worksheets feed.  Thirdly, when you PUT data to a cell URL, you'll need to
supply all the data you previously obtained via a GET from the cell feed
plus your modifications.  Fourthly, when you do a PUT, you'll need to send
an If-Modified-Since header.

You're not even close at the moment.  Come back after you've read it.  I
suggest using CURL
http://code.google.com/apis/gdata/articles/using_cURL.html for future
experimentation, because then you can print out your whole HTTP conversation
instead of making us guess what your HTTP conversation looked like.
