I completely agree with David, please discuss about Google API issue or
further developments, here in a public place instead to go hidden somewhere
else.
I'm also using a lot Google spreadsheet for a financial trading company
which almost works using excel/spreadsheet as workingplace so I'm very
worried about future development and which  kind of support Google could
bring on the table about Google API.
If there is no more money to invest into this area , it's mandatory that we
know this at this stage, so we can take proper action and move forward
towards different solutions.
