I have to agree... I challenge any reasonable proficient Java developer to write a program to retrieve a spreadsheet and update it by looking at the documentation. Even the samples http://code.google.com/p/google-api-java-client/source/browse?repo=samples is missing a Spreadsheet sample. Enterprise pays the money, but we are not interested in samples for Google+, Pisacsa or Youtube API's.
