Hi,

I have a very similar problem with my ejabberd server. The initial
handshake happens, gmail and ejabberd validate each other's keys, and
then the stream just mysteriously disconnects. The confusing portion
of this problem is that nothing has changed on our ejabberd server; it
was working fine until about three weeks ago. Before, our jabber
accounts were able to message gmail, and vice-versa. Now, our jabber
accounts cannot message gmail.

Here is an excerpt from the log:

We can send messages from gmail accounts to our jabber accounts, but
not the other way. Also, everyone appears offline (both gmail users
are offline on our jabber accounts, and jabber accounts are offline on
our gmail accounts).

I wonder if this is a DNS issue. I've confirmed the DNS SRV settings
haven't changed, and are correct.

We also use s2s to connect to two other jabber servers; they continue
to work.

Why has google talk stopped working with ejabberd?

Any tips would be great.

Thanks,

Keith
