I have an ejabberD server communicating with GoogleTalk servers and it works quite well, although I am wondering if Google is going to allow the avatar of an external user's vcard via s2s be viewable in GTalk aka Gmail.
Currently I can see a Gmail user's profile image in my XMPP chat client of choice (PSI & Coccinella) although they can not see mine. I would like to see this fixed on Google's chat service.
