I have an idea I want to see come into affect it involves IM(instant
messageing)
Think what this could mean to government, with meetings in real time across
country or globe
technolgy allready exicsts {called im instant messaging ), but i want this to
be in government,maybe even the shadow government, with maybe even google being
the carrier
The possiblties are enormous [big] with all having acess to pc-they could '
sit-in ' on meeting even asking questions across the country or the world.
