I am attempting to update my theme to utilize the new features that were implemented in the new iGoogle page. I got everything working well except for the chat portion.
Every time I make a change to my xml file and test it, it takes a long period of time for the chat portion to reflect the change I've made. For example, I changed the navbar.contacts.hover_background_color value last night, and it did not update until this morning. All the other values except for the chat values update immediately. Another issue I'm running into is hovering over contacts and the two links at the bottom of the chat interface (Options and friends). There is no value (that I've been able to find) that allows the color of the link itself to change when you hover over it. I don't know if this a new iGoogle flaw, or I'm and idiot that can't find the correct value to change. Anyway, if anybody has run into these issues as well, please let me know.
