I guess the theme maker should not have the publish option until it
can pick the current user's theme xmls.
It could be done like gadget editor works - by saving an xml in the
user's gmodule directory.

I have three similar themes two created by the theme maker and
approved in 2 days and one created in the xml from a scratch and still
not published.
I'd like to delete the trash created by the theme maker but I guess
there is no way for that now.

I guess it should be hi-priority enhansment request for theme api
developers to provide a way to delete a theme.
