1. You should be able to upload an image and choose a crop dimension larger than the specified 175px by 1680px of the Developer API. Theme Maker will automatically crop the bottom of the image to fit the header, and will keep the original width of the image.
2. You can view the Theme Maker themes that you have created in your Google settings page: My Account > iGoogle - Settings > Content > Change theme. Unfortunately, for now, this is the only way to retrieve your Theme Maker themes.
