I don't believe I'm harsh :

I can understand that the resources deployed by Google for the subject
were left saturated by the explosion of popularity of this feature,
however, I 'm myself a business manager, when a service is overloaded:
we does not excess of zeal: we does not have the time or we are trying
to do a minimum ..

But here there are a accepted themes with multiple offenses (see
above) and can be refused a theme for nothing.
As you can see, there was almost that users who answer questions here,
at least for now ...
When you write to Group owner : you do not always answer: it is random
or subject to the "quality" of the question (any question that bothers
is ignored)

Finally, those in charge do not seem to be: there are endless
possibilities:

- Create forum IG Themes and recruit volunteer moderators for
example  ...

It seems that either Google or the people in charge will not care a
bit for this feature ...
