Your theme comes through perfectly on my computer, so there's no problem with either the XML or the images.
I'd say definitely a Google problem, because even the /igoogle- themes.googlecode.com/ images are "not found"! You might get an answer from a Google employee here if you wait, but I'd say try emailing the group owner. Nice theme, by the way! Sorry I can't be more help.
