I've been having this same problem with one of my themes... EVERY image is
not found, even Google's images!  I eventually gave up months ago with that
dynamic theme... and I spent hours on it.  Tried every trick in the book,
even switching hosts, renaming files and creating new xml file from
scratch.... nothing.  And I used the same xml as a template from three other
themes that were submitted successfully.  Has to be Google's problem....
