None Google Translation Down?

I install the Google Translation in my website, but is having error:

- but your query looks similar to automated requests from a computer
virus or spyware application. To protect our users, we can't process
your request right now

I tried on other websites which also use Google Translation, and did a
trial translation on Google Translation page itself. But I still get
this message.

Is it a Google backend problem? How may I resovle this? Thanks
