None Google Translation Down?

Is Google Translation having problems? I installed the script on my
website and it's not running. Error message:

- but your query looks similar to automated requests from a computer
virus or spyware application. To protect our users, we can't process
your request right now

tried on other websites and the actual Google Translation, and is also
getting this error. May I know how to resovle this? Thanks
