We do try to read this Google Group, as many bugs have been found by
our users (and then fixed!)
However, given the number of users we have, we can't possibly
accommodate every piece of feedback.
Please post to this group though, and while I can't guarantee that
someone will see your post, we do our best to follow up on things in
here.
