None Can't see text on my royal blue background

Is there any way that we can change the appearance of the snippet?
Specifically I'd like to put it at the top of my Navigation links but
they are only 130 px wide so the snippet doesn't fit.

Also, I have a royal blue background (" 000099") so the "Powered by
Google Translate" doesn't show up.  On my website it needs to be
white, not gray.
