I'm assuming you're using our website translator? Available here:

We definitely would like to make it easier for users to customize the
look, but we haven't quite got there yet.
In the mean time, try adding the following to your style sheet:
.goog-te-gadget {
color:#ffffff;
}
You should be able to change some of the other styles by inspecting
the class names we use and adding styles for those classes.
