Have now tried to fix the problem reported below by every means
available:

1. select original text - which displays the Portuguese

2. select target language - French

3. select language to translate - Portuguese

4. click on "translate"

After all this, when I hover, the snippet of text previously
referenced still appears to be a mistranslation  of the English:

"Felt bizarre" (shown in the hover function as the French translation)

not of the original Portuguese displayed:

". Achava meio estranho."
