I just finished chatting with Live Support on Firefox. They were able to help me and I have my default language back to English. To fix the problem, first close down Firefox. Then go to Programs and open Mozzila Firefox in SAFE MODE. Put a check mark in "Reset User Preferences", then press make changes/restart. That should correct the problem. It did it for me.
