The new mechanism used to improve translation is really bad. It allows
to change group of words only, but in MOST of cases the translated
statement has to be rephrased, words order has to be reserved and some
word has no translation because a whole group of words in a language
should be translated as a single word of an idiomatic term in another
language.

If you wish to maintain the block-oriented approach, you need to add a
couple of other features if you want that we can effectively
contribute to improve translations:

1. allow to move the position of the single blocks of words
2. allow to join two blocks of words
3. allow to split a block of words in two blocks

By adding those three features, we can rearrange the phrase to match
the best translation as possible.
