First of all I would like to say that I am a professional translator
and quite often I use online dictionaries. I consider it being a
convinient way of translating words from one language to another.
However Google translate is absolutely inconvinient from the
ergonomical point of view. The thing is that I normaly use 2 or three
languages and translate from one to another. Thus I don't need the
whole list of supported languages to come out when I need to switch
between the languages. I only loose my time seeking the one I need. It
makes me feel frustrated every time I use it. Why not to make
preferences so that Google could remember your choice. It could have
been a particular preset for three languages. For instance German,
English, Spanish and Russian.

One more problem is that text fields are quite inconvinient. I got
accustomed to Microsoft Word and its selection function. You don't
need to be super accurate to select a piece of a text. But in Google
everything is vice versa. You must be super accurate to select the
text otherwise it would select anything but not text itself.

I plan to continue my critical remarks about this service...
