My understanding is that there are some websites out there which help people learn Aramaic, but these seem to be incomplete. I've even found some online downloads of PDFs which teach speakers of Arabic how to learn Aramaic.
I would be interested something like this; it would go above and beyond a dictionary because, frankly, I think a lot of people are "interested" in learning Aramaic but don't quite "speak" it. Maybe some kind of collaborative effort through social media and maybe working with open source people on building some kind of online collaborative community interested in learning Aramaic.
