It would be awesomely great if Google Translate would understand which 
language you type in (after you've selected the "target" and "source" 
languages) and then it will auto adjust which is the "target" and which is 
the "source".

simply choose 2 (maybe 3 in the future?) languages.
start typing in one of them and it will auto detect in which you are typing 
and auto translate to the other one.

This will certainly saves me (and many others I assume) the trouble of 
constantly switching around.
I usually want to translate 1 word at a time or a single sentence and right 
now I have to constantly switch around...

It should work nicely and I don't see many problems with this feature as 
many languages are using different fonts/scripts, so there shouldn't be a 
big problem on recognizing in which language one types in.
