L.S.,

My experience with Google translator is that when Google does not have
a translation for a word, the original word in the originating
language is displayed as a translation. This might be improved by
having the newly displayed word in that case presented in a different
colour (i.e. Red).

The reason is that in case I really do not know a word in the
translated language and have no feel whether or not the translated
word is correct and the word coincidently is the same as in the
originating language, I cannot tell whether Google could not find a
translation or that the word is really identical.

In this way I perceive the reliability of translation of Google being
reduced than what might have been possible by properly indicating when
Google cannot find a translation.

Regards,

Martien Meiland
