I encounter quite a lot of pages where Google Translate claims to have worked yet it hasn't done anything. It seems to be on pages that employ framesets. It would be good to be able to at least flag these to Google.
An example would be the areas on Orange.fr where one is logged in as an account holder: http://www.orange.fr/bin/frame.cgi?u=https%3A//espaceclientv2.orange.fr/ Absolutely nothing on the page gets translated, and it all stays French.
