Hi Sharon, When the banner pops up, have a good look at it. There should be either an arrow or a direct button to tell the toolbar not to show up anymore for any website, not only the one you're visiting. This works on my side.
If it doesn't work, maybe you could make a capture of the toolbar so that we can have a look at it.
