Hello Sharon, I have the same problem as you do... I've been looking for a solution for weeks on the Internet, groups, etc. Nobody seems to know how to solve this problem. Well, I solved this by not using FireFox any longer... Try the old Internet Explorer, that won't give you all this burden!
