Hi there, I'm not sure how you'll be able to track this down... you may try using different web browsers... maybe your browser is configured to use a proxy that you don't know about, and that proxy has a problem with the page.
You also might try "pinging" the webserver and see if you can get a response. Where you say you've tried 3 different computers it definitely sounds like its something at the network level... how do you connect to the internet? Do you have a wireless router? Do you have a regular wired router? Cable modem? There are lots of places along the way where something might be amiss.
