Hi Felipe, Sorry for the late response. This indeed seems like a problem in the Spanish localization.
We are looking into it, but for now I suggest the following bypass. By default the chart is using the language defined in your browser, or by your IP if the browser doesn't specify one. Yet - you can specifically override this language for the visualization specifically, as described in http://code.google.com/apis/visualization/documentation/using_overview.html#localization By setting it back to 'en' (English), you will get the dates in English format, but I suppose it is better than the current issue. Again - we are looking at this problem.
