This is a simple problem with Spanish localization... but a potential
problem for other lozalizations.

In Spanish 04/15/2009 (a 'random' example) is: "15 de abril de 2009".
This is: "d 'de' m 'de' y". So "'de'" must be processed as a literal
(not resolved) and it seems this is been resolved to "'15e'".

May be a problem with single quotes?

Regards.
