Does this intranet have internet connectivity?
To use the visualization API you must be connected to the internet (with DNS
available). You don't have to have a domain name for the server serving the
html files containing the visualizations, but the browser accessing it must
have INTERnet connectivity and a way to query DNS (in order to fetch the
jsapi loader from Google).
