Hi Libusha, You are certainly allowed to publish data based on the visualizations, as well as incorporate a visualization within on online publication. As long as you use the Visualization API in the normal manner intended for use, you can incorporate it for commercial use as well as for use in private networks (whether behind VPNs for corporations or private publications).
