Hi Hendrik.

The tooltip's content is given by "<x-formatted-value> \n
<y-formatted-value>".
If you want to still see the x value in the tooltip, then leave its
formatted value as is.
The formatted value of the y value cell is unique per point in the chart and
you can set it to be "y \n Country: A \n Population: Y" ans so on. This way
you can (almost) completely choose which text should appear in each tooltip.

Although this might not be the most convenient way to do things, I think
this would get the job done.
