This is a similar question not an answer ;o)

I'd like to know, for instance, if implementing a Dojo data source
[1]_ (or other similar extension for similar toolkits ;o) in order to
use GViz API protocol to feed Dojo widgets and therefore render the
data, goes against the TOS ?
