I'm not sure you are asking that in the right group, but anyway:
Eclipse has a great version for
javascript.<http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-ide-javascript-web-developers/heliossr2>
Don't
expect the same kind of IDE support you had for Java/C# - Javascript is
still a dynamic language.
