Sorry for the late reply. Finally able to check on this again after the holiday season.
I tested on our network, and find that gstatic.com is not blocked. I can also load the world_COUNTRIES.js file, but still having the "Requested map does not exist." error. Is there any other URL to test? Could it be that other libraries or the map images are blocked?
