The Gauge visualization should work on the iPad. I just tested it on the iOS simulator, and it indeed seems to be working. Regarding Android, Gauge requires SVG, and only version 3 and above of Android supports SVG. At the moment, however, there are very few phones with such an Android version (but that should change, of course).
