Like Yuval said above, the i devices should support the visualization api (SVG). The Android browser only currently supports SVG with Honeycomb and Ice Cream Sandwich, so most newer tablets should support it, and the latest and best phones will as well.
If you are looking for support on Android devices right now, you can download the Firefox app for Android. I have tested the line chart on my android phone and it renders fine in Firefox for android. Over the next year, most new android phones should support SVG and the visualization api.
