If I knew what were going to be the important web technologies tomorrow, I 
would be a very rich man  >;o)  Sadly, I'm not a prognosticator.  You'd 
have about the same chance picking a future technology by flipping a coin 
as listening to anything I have to say.  Here's a comparison of many 
different frameworks, sorted by language: 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_web_application_frameworks.  If 
I were you, I'd pick a language I was familiar with to start, and research 
the different frameworks available until I found something I like the sound 
of.  Play with that, if it doesn't work for you, try something else.
