Netbeans and Sublime are both pretty good.  Your choice of IDE is going to 
depend a great deal on your needs as a programmer (eg, integrated debugging 
capabilities, compiler [if you are working with a compiled language], code 
linter, version control system, etc).  My personal needs tend towards a 
light-weight client with a few specific features, and so I typically use 
Notepad++, but occasionally have to switch into Visual Studio for dot net 
development.  If I remember the Netbeans feature set right, chances are 
that it can do everything you need for most every programming language.  If 
you are already using Netbeans and are comfortable with it, there probably 
isn't a compelling reason to switch to something else.
